Educator & Non-Clinical Health Care Professional

Esther Herat, a former Monash College of Australia teacher, in global campuses based in China and east/south Asia, is a non-clinical healthcare professional with extensive academic training in management and the social sciences. With a background as an educator and trainer, she has worked across diverse populations, supporting learning, development, and personal growth.

The 'forever' student, Esther, is currently engaged in academic research, Esther maintains strong interests in philosophy, state governance, classical music, and the arts. Deeply connected to nature and an avid lover of animals, she is guided by the belief that nurturing the mind is fundamental to personal transformation.

Having experienced school bullying for a brief period, Esther benefited from ancient wisdom strategies her parents taught her. These strategies continued to empower her to excellence. These are unfortunately lost. The Ackermann-Froebel Enrichment Program is an attempt to revive ancient wisdom and provide participants a rich set of skills.

A lifelong learner, Esther is committed to continuous growth and to fostering excellence, ethical values, and the development of others through thoughtful leadership and purposeful engagement.

Visual Artist & Senior Accounting Professional

Carmen Munoz is a visual artist and seasoned financial professional whose life and work are defined by the balance of structured precision and creative intuition. With over 30 years of experience in accounting, she brings a rare level of professional rigor to the creative sector. Originally from Paraguay and born to Spanish parents, her multicultural journey – South America, Europe, California and Canada, informs a creative practice that explores the intersections of identity, memory and the human experience.

Currently active in the field of finance, Carmen holds bachelor’s degree in both Accounting and Business Administration. Her career is built on a foundation of technical expertise and proven abilities. She specializes in managing complex projects under high-pressure conditions and consistently meeting rigorous deadlines.

Her evolution as an artist began following a critical accident, a moment that served as a profound awakening to the emotional and expressive power of color. By bridging multiples cultures, she creates work that reflects personal narrative and shared human connections.

Carmen’s unique strength lies in the duality of her profile. She possesses the analytical mind of a senior accountant and the soulful eye of a visual artist. This allows her to approach art commissions, exhibitions, and community projects with a sophisticated blend of creative vision and executive reliability.
