This program inspires women to discover their unique purpose, celebrate their strengths, embrace lifelong growth and create meaningful impact through lives aligned with their values, passions, talents and contributions.

The AFEP Women's Ikigai Program empowers women to explore their authentic identity, cultivate resilience, strengthen meaningful relationships and live purposefully. Through Japanese principles of learning, gratitude, reflection, harmony, and courage, participants develop a deeper understanding of themselves and the unique value they bring to their families, communities professions and the world.
